Milos Korac started working in real estate company Cape Cana SA, in 2004. Co-broker was Mr. Gerhard Paepke, in the Business Club of Melia Caribe hotel. In that time there were only 30 hotels in Punta Cana.
Then with Camadosa SA, with Mr. Heiko Schiele and Nelson Fana, located in that time in Bavaro Shopping Center Mall. That Shopping Mall changed name to Plaza Victoriana, on the second floor was located Guzman and Ariza lawyers.
Guzman and Ariza moved to Shopping Mall Palma Real with the main lawyer Dr. Christoph Sieger, a good friend and lawyer who left us 2019.
Punta Cana real estate
During that period Milos Korac also worked with Mr. Michael Dobritz in newly formed company Punta Cana Realty SA. Mike Dobritz moved to San Pedro for health reasons.
Milos Korac was also working with Mr. Rico Pester, in Re/Max Island Realty. Short time before that working with Cheryl and Chris Rinehart in Dr4sale. That small company was located in Plaza Artistica, and later converted to Re/Max Tropical and Keller Williams. John and Lana Rinehart were not related to Cheryl and Chris Rinehart, and were Sales Associates in Re/Max Island Realty.
In 2004 first developments started in Cocotal Golf and Country club, as well as in different areas of Bavaro, Punta Cana Resort and Cap Cana. Uvero Alto as the last beach in Punta Cana area, was developing fast with new hotels around Sirenis Hotels.
Noval company built more then 750 properties until year 2015, and currently is the leader developer in Punta Cana real estate area, altogether with Cana Rock developers, buildings properties on the Golf courses, beach, commercial shopping malls.
Re/Max Island Realty, was in that time the biggest real estate company in Punta Cana. Soon after that Milos Korac opened his own company Real Estate Punta Cana ASTRA, and working currently there as Broker/Owner/Agent.
