After analyzing the presentation received from the business profile as indicated, only if it was approved would the interested applicant be contacted, to offer the appropriate space according to the proposed commercial activity, also considering other criteria such as the commercial mix or offer installed. in the mall and the availability of space.
• BlueMall Santo Domingo: 1st year of the contract: US$45/m2 – 10% share of sales, whichever is greater each month.
• BlueMall Puntacana: 1st year of the contract: US$25/m2 – 10% share of sales, whichever is greater each month.
The first 5 days of the month the monthly base rent will be invoiced (equal to rent per m2 x area of ​​the premises). At the end of the month, 10% is applied to the sales that the business has had (sales = all sales income minus tax), if it is an amount greater than the fixed rent, the difference will be invoiced.
• 2nd. Year of the contract: Rent of the 1st year adjusted according to the Consumer Price Index of the United States of America + 3%. – 10% sales
